Return & Refund Policy

Thanks for shopping at MPG Commerce. We appreciate the fact that you like to buy the stuff we build. We also want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you’re exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our products.

As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at MPG Commerce. We’ll be as brief as Our attorneys will allow. The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase at MPG Commerce, you agree to the terms set forth below along with MPG Commerce’s Privacy Policy.

If there’s something wrong with the product you bought, or product specification is different from product delivered.

If you would like to return a product, the only way would be if you follow the next guidelines

  • Damage Claims: All damage claims must be accompanied by digital photograph and details describing the damage.
  • Undelivered Packages – MPG Commerce will issue a refund for lost in transit shipments that are not delivered to the final destination. MPG Commerce  will not issue a refund for packages where a delivery confirmation has been received from the shipping carrier. MPG Commerce does not utilize Signature Delivery service option on orders shipped within the United States. A package may be declared lost in transit if tracking shows no movement after 5 business days.
  • Manufacturer Defects – MPG Commerce will issue a refund for a defect claim such as a missing safety seal or no label. Quality complaints due to touch or smell should be reported for a warranty claim.

    Expired Inventory – All claims for expired inventory must be accompanied with the Expiration Date.

    MPG Commerce will not issue a refund for expired merchandise if the order was shipped within 30 or more days from the “best by” date.

    Product Image Not Matching Product – MPG Commerce is not responsible for new product labeling where the image in the product feed or ordering portal is not the exact version the consumer receives. If the UPC number is kept the same then no significant changes to the product have been made and no claim will be honored.

    Melt – MPG Commerce is not responsible for products that may melt in transit.

    Mis-Picks – Claims for wrong product shipped are subject to review by MPG Commerce  Inventory Control department. The UPC number from the item received is required. MPG Commerce  will notify customer if a USPS return label or UPS call tag will be issued for the wrong item(s) received for return shipment at MPG Commerce expense.

Please note: All Claims must be submitted within fifteen (15) days from the delivered date.


We at MPG Commerce commit ourselves to serving our customers with the best products. Every single product that you choose is thoroughly inspected, checked for defects and packaged with utmost care. We do this to ensure that you fall in love with our products

Sadly, there are times when we may not have the product(s) that you choose in stock, or may face some Issues with our inventory and quality check. In such cases, we may have to cancel your order. You will be intimated about it in advance so that you don’t have to worry unnecessarily about your order. If you have purchased via Online payment (not Cash on Delivery), then you will be refunded once our team confirms your request.

We carry out thorough quality check before processing the ordered item. We take utmost care while packing the product. At the same time we ensure that the packing is good such that the items won’t get damaged during transit. Please note that MPG Commerce is not liable for damages that are caused to the items during transit or transportation.

We will revise your returned product as soon as we receive it and it it follows the guidelines addressed above, we will proceed to issue a refund of your purchase. Your refund may take a couple of days to process but you will be notified when you receive your money.




MPG Commerce is not responsible for return shipping costs. Every shipping has to be paid by the customer, even if the item had free shipping in the first place, the customer has to pay for the shipping in return.
